Message: I had two auto claims in one month. My wife was hit by a deer on Narcoossee road, turned out to be a $9, 000 claim, and I had a windsheild claim due to a rock truck. Both claims were handled quick and fast.. The customer service on the claims 800 # was second to none. They really cared and followed up. I have nothing but praise. My wifes car was fixed next door (at Farm bureau)at Heplers Auto body. as they are a preferred Farm bureau shop. Way to go FB.. Im impressed.
