Message: I was solicited by an e-mail with promises of a great rate from Fairway insurance and decided it may be worth looking into. Facing renewal and also needing insurance for a condo I called and was connected to Laura in personal lines.. Well I appreciate the quick and professional handling of the whole process, got a wind mitigation inspector for my home that was half the cost of my home inspector, saved over $1, 200 over my previous insurance ( that was due for renewal). Found out the inspection on my condo was not needed and available from my condo association.. Laura saved me money and time, got a policy that was accurate properly insured policy and informed me of how the insurance company works and why I should do all these steps. She also made suggestions to change on the property to save more money legitimately.. This is what customer service should be!

Message: I have a pretty bad driving record, so I couldn't get a policy with one of Fairway's associated Auto Insurance companies. However, Laura and the rest of the people at Fairway spent time on the phone with me and gave me enough resources to find a policy elsewhere. Thank you!
